I don't understand the negative comments honestly. It was clean, and they served quality coffe. A cappuccino (well served) was 3,5 euros.

26/10/2024: On vacation in Carcassonne for a few days, the St Roch was our favorite restaurant, whether it was the waitress or the waiter they were both great whether in their smiling and jovial attitude or in their professionalism, the delicious cuisine, I, who love tartare, loved discovering it cooked in your way, Mr.'s instructions regarding the meat were perfectly respected, whether for the kitchen, the atmosphere or the team, it was flawless, thank you for this evening. very friendly (PS: don't trust the opinions of people on family vacation who take photos of restaurant toilets 😀)

20/08/2024: Good presentation, not too long a wait, apart from the information on the menu which does not correspond to the dish served
19/08/2024: Simple but good and quick cooking. On the other hand, the toilets: dirty... I really don't understand why restaurants cannot offer clean toilets...
