Very nice restaurant, The food is fresh.

We had a delicious salad served by a very friendly owner in lovely air conditioned surroundings. We arrived thirsty after climbing up to le fort de Bregille and the owner gladly brought out 4 bottles of water (free of charge) as soon as we finished one. He was happy to explain all the ingredients in simple French and was very friendly coping well with our limited French.

My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant; the meal was delicious, and the chef took the time to greet us. The waitress was very welcoming. Excellent time, excellent meal 👍 Don't walk past Besançon's oldest restaurant without stopping in 😋
