The Green Man sur Besancon

I'm sorry to only give the food 2 out of 5, even though it's a very pleasant place and the service is attentive. I ordered a rare flank steak, and it arrived completely white, not seared (it's unbelievable that supposedly professional chefs can't serve rare meat but seared), and tough. It tasted good, but if it had been cooked properly, I think it would have been a very good cut of meat. But I'll try it again.

A very warm welcome; it's truly a pleasant place to be in this restaurant. All the dishes are homemade. One of the best places I ate during my stay in Besançon. Thank you!

A wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it.

Friendly and quick service, it's a shame they were out of ground beef, but the veggie burger was delicious. I recommend it.
