Excellent restaurant in Martillac!
Le Pistou is a real gem: generous, flavorful cuisine made with quality ingredients and impeccable technique. The dishes are expertly prepared, bursting with taste, and refreshingly simple.
The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere convivial; you immediately feel at ease.
An authentic and genuine restaurant, just the way we like them, where you'll want to return. I highly recommend it!

Lovely, cozy setting.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The scallops were cooked to perfection. And that lemon crème brûlée dessert was amazing!

A varied menu, very tender, well-prepared, and beautifully presented meats, delicious desserts, and a wine list with a good selection at reasonable prices. Excellent value for money.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive; in short, a place worth frequenting.
The only drawback is that reservations are essential, which is understandable in an establishment where you eat so well and feel so comfortable.
