Good value for money. Pleasant welcome. The only downside was the slightly cramped dining room. As regulars in the area, we'd never tried this restaurant before. We were pleasantly surprised, especially in such a touristy environment. I recommend it.

A good place to eat, about average compared to the other places we ate the rest of the days.
The starters (salad and soup) and desserts were decent. The cassoulet we chose for our main course was very good.
The service could be improved; they seemed to be in a bad mood, but it wasn't a problem if you wanted to escape the cold and eat.

Delicious!! Thank you for this wonderful experience.
A menu that makes your mouth water, making it hard to choose because everything looks so tempting.
The staff were lovely.
Okay, there was a bit of a wait... but you can overlook that.
I recommend it 100%.

This is the second time I've returned to this restaurant with my family. A very warm welcome and a great atmosphere. The dishes were delicious and very generous.

The food was generally quite good; we didn't like the tuna tataki, but everything else was pretty good. The service was very quick and attentive, the place is clean and very pleasant, although it was a bit chilly. They let us eat with our puppy in the indoor dining area.

As an Occitan, I have only one thing to say: if you're looking for a tourist trap to waste your money, definitely don't come here.
The products are high quality, the food is delicious, and the price is very reasonable.

A warm and authentic atmosphere. The dishes are truly fresh, the foie gras is generous, and the ribeye steak and duck breast stuffed with foie gras are simply perfect.
A very good place to eat when visiting Carcassonne Castle.
