Last night, I dined at this restaurant on a recommendation. The welcome, the service, and my meal were simply perfect. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be the soundproofing of the restaurant. Later, when it got quite busy, the noise level increased disproportionately. Everyone has to decide for themselves. I found it uncomfortably loud. Nevertheless, this restaurant comes highly recommended and is worth every penny.

We received a very warm welcome and were served quickly. A real treat from start to finish: starter, main course, dessert, everything was delicious, generous, and very reasonably priced. Thank you for this lovely experience! 🥰

We've been to Le Poulet à 3 Pattes several times now. Never disappointed. Impeccable service and smiling waiters. The dishes are good, made with quality ingredients, and generous portions. One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The main dining room can be a bit noisy, depending on the groups there. The second dining room is more intimate.

A charming place, the service is incredibly friendly, the setting is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the price is reasonable. The meats are very good and well-aged. Reservations are highly recommended.

It had been a while since I'd had such a great set menu for the price. It's hard to believe what you pay. 10/10. Highly recommended. The staff is incredibly attentive and they make an effort to speak your language. Thank you!!

My children surprised me by taking me to a restaurant... The Three-Legged Chicken. What a great idea! The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. The service was exceptionally kind and attentive. The lovely terrace setting sealed the deal. Well done to them, I had a wonderful time. I'll definitely be back!

The desserts were also very good. To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely. The best restaurant I've been to in Pau. Thank you!

18/01/2026: We appreciated the warm welcome and the friendliness of the waiter. The dishes were generous and delicious. We hadn't made a reservation, but we still managed to get a small table for two. Next time we'll make a reservation.
