We walked past this restaurant around 11:15 am; its superb terrace and numerous positive reviews had caught our eye. We asked if it was possible to get a table for lunch, but were initially told the restaurant was full. So we moved to the side to look for another place. Five minutes later, a waiter came back to tell us he had finally managed to find us a table inside. A very kind gesture indeed. When we returned at the agreed time, the owner offered us a table outside: a real bonus! We enjoyed an excellent meal with a magnificent view of the Pyrenees, under a lovely sun for February. The owner takes the time to visit each table with a kind word, and the waiters are just as attentive. The food is excellent. A big thank you to the whole team: it will remain a wonderful memory of our visit to Pau.

Last night, I dined at this restaurant on a recommendation. The welcome, the service, and my meal were simply perfect. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be the soundproofing of the restaurant. Later, when it got quite busy, the noise level increased disproportionately. Everyone has to decide for themselves. I found it uncomfortably loud. Nevertheless, this restaurant comes highly recommended and is worth every penny.

We've been to Le Poulet à 3 Pattes several times now. Never disappointed. Impeccable service and smiling waiters. The dishes are good, made with quality ingredients, and generous portions. One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The main dining room can be a bit noisy, depending on the groups there. The second dining room is more intimate.
