A good set menu for three people and a baby; we ate very well, especially the oysters and the fish, and the service was impeccable with smiling staff.

The setting is pleasant and the waitress very friendly. However, the dining room is quite noisy and the tables are a bit too close together—we were seated in a corner with rather uncomfortable armchairs.
The food is generally good, although some choices surprised us a little (uncooked foie gras with red meat, salmon gravlax served with smoked salmon), and no potatoes with the main course (contrary to what was advertised on the menu).
It was the day before a public holiday: the menu was limited and the service seemed a bit rushed to close, which is understandable, but it left a mixed impression.

A small drawback regarding the cooking: while rare-medium exists, so does rare-medium. Regardless, the cooking is mastered (it's not a Hippopotamus), so there's no need to take it easy. Resting times are skipped for faster service (which is a good thing), so take your time before starting your meat.
The cuts are generous, so take this into account because the thermal inertia of the piece continues to coagulate the meat on the plate. I would recommend rare cooking (or even rare-medium for a very large piece) as well as the address.
