We came for dinner as a family on Tuesday, August 11th, and were delighted with the welcome and service. Despite our late arrival (9:30 pm), everything was done to ensure we could dine on the terrace. A big thank you to Morgan for his professionalism, enthusiasm, and kindness. The food was also very good. We highly recommend it ⭐️

Nice, airy location (on the main square, not in the side streets), very efficient staff 👍. For my part: Rocamadour salad on toast, a reasonable, even generous portion, the best I've had so far in the area. 👍 The other diners ordered pizzas (average, very good), hence the 4 stars. Reasonable, not excessive price.

01/08/2026: We found this by chance as I was inspecting the menu when the chef himself told me the restaurant was excellent. My wife and I ate here for our 50th wedding anniversary. It didn't disappoint. Food was very tasty, well presented and served in a timely fashion. We were not pressed or pressured to go faster. All in all an excellent experience.
01/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant is right in the heart of Sarlat. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, and you won't leave hungry. Thank you to the owners and staff, who are very welcoming and friendly. Don't miss it; you won't be disappointed, unlike the usual tourist traps. I highly recommend it.

Restaurant Le Meysset

16/07/2026: The terrace was closed. You can only eat inside.
07/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience at lunchtime at Le Meysset restaurant. The service was impeccable and attentive. The refined dishes were served on elegant and varied tableware. The food is worthy of a Michelin star, or at the very least, a Michelin-starred recommendation. I highly recommend it.
