The restaurant was run by one man who happily allowed me to practice my French. He was kind and spoke English as well. He also gave me a cookie on the house! Bathroom was clean and spacious. The sandwiches were the best I had on my trip! Well worth the visit! I would come back again! My picture does not do this restaurant justice!

A small menu of sandwiches, salads, and a daily special—everything was delicious. The service was excellent, not to mention the warm welcome! We were so glad we discovered this little sandwich shop during our family trip to Paris. Thank you!

We had sandwiches before catching our train. A club sandwich and a vegetarian one, both excellent, but the rice pudding was absolutely divine, a real treat, thank you so much!

16/07/2026: The terrace was closed. You can only eat inside.
07/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience at lunchtime at Le Meysset restaurant. The service was impeccable and attentive. The refined dishes were served on elegant and varied tableware. The food is worthy of a Michelin star, or at the very least, a Michelin-starred recommendation. I highly recommend it.

10/10/2026: Sarlat is filled wall-to-wall with restaurants and bars. While we didn't have a bad meal anywhere, many places likely benefit from the steady stream of tourists and might struggle to survive on repeat local business alone. This little gem, however, would thrive in any town. It features stylish decor and beautifully presented food that honours the region's culinary traditions while adding a creative, modern twist. Paired with excellent service, it’s easily one of the best spots in town. Highly recommended—definitely give it a try!
