We had the impression that many restaurants in the old town were tourist traps. But at Petit Bistrot, we had a different feeling, and we were right. The waiter (owner?) was very friendly and cool. I had the set menu with the truffled eggs, scallops, and crème brûlée – it tasted fantastic and was great value for money!

A fantastic find!
Everything was truly delicious, with generous portions and excellent local produce. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and quantity. The service was very pleasant, attentive, and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the staff were lovely and understanding (we had a movie screening after the meal), the setting was ideal whether on the terrace or inside was magnificent, we highly recommend it, go without hesitation!

What a wonderful discovery! We came to the market as a family, and the menu really caught our eye.

I hadn't even left yet when I had to write this review. We received a very warm welcome that day; the calm and relaxed atmosphere, along with soft background music, added charm to the place—the golden stone of Sarlat combined with the wood was superb. The meal was excellent, from the starter to the main course and dessert. I sincerely thank the chef. Therefore, I highly recommend this establishment.
