A pleasant stay, with attentive staff from beginning to end. The spa is extraordinary, and the "Le Bistrot" restaurant offers high-quality cuisine. Finally, the generous breakfast, featuring top-quality products, is served overlooking the park – ideal for starting the day.

Luxury in its simplicity – we had an exceptional stay. It all started with the spa, not very large but fully equipped, with buttons everywhere and incredible sensations. Special mention for the outdoor jacuzzi. Then came the two-star meal with attentive and very friendly staff. And what can I say about the dishes? Delicious from start to finish. We finally understand the prices because there's so much attention to detail that it almost doesn't seem so expensive 😂😂😂
And to top it all off, the room with a garden view. I won't change my mind even if breakfast is a flop tomorrow, but I highly doubt it. In any case, we will highly recommend it to our friends and family.

A must-do at least once, but be sure to ask for explanations about everything. Price included, not included.
The spa is magnificent.

Meh... That's unfortunately the impression left by my visit to this illustrious establishment. My last visit dates back to 1994, during the glorious era of Bernard Loiseau and his three Michelin stars, so I was curious to know if the loss of one of them was justified. Alas, it seems to be, as my experience ultimately proved disappointing. Having opted for the seven-course tasting menu, I discovered, to my great dismay, what I had feared: this absurd and detestable "nouvelle cuisine" trend has triumphed! 🙄😔 The relatively generous portions served thirty years ago have been replaced by sample-sized servings: barely two bites per plate, not even enough to truly appreciate the taste of the food, which, on the whole, is nothing truly transcendent. The emphasis here seems to be more on the search for novel flavors than on perpetuating the recipes that made the establishment famous. My disappointment having been relayed to the kitchen, Chef Louis-Philippe Vigilant made an effort by pointing out that he was serving me two slices of venison with pears (six bites instead of three of the only real delight of the meal), while my two companions had to make do with just one! His Lordship is too kind! 😏 Thankfully, we were able to "fill up" a bit thanks to the cheese trolley (an extra €28 per person; the menus, at the exorbitant price of €220 for the 5-course and €310 for the 7-course, do not include this option). On the plus side: thanks to the sommelier's expert advice on wine pairings, both the white and red wines (special mention for the Gevrey-Chambertin from Domaine Faiveley) proved enchanting; curiously, only the white wine underwent decanting in a surprising "Silodesign" carafe.
To top it all off, as we were the only guests to have opted for the 1 p.m. seating and were the last ones in the dining room, we were promptly ushered out of our table "to go to the lounge" as soon as our (rather unremarkable) dessert was served, and while we still had two petits fours to enjoy. Our cloakroom was then ostentatiously presented to us, which, all things considered, was quite convenient, as none of us felt particularly inclined to linger. When the payment terminal was presented to me, I confess that it was almost with regret that I entered my PIN to part with the astronomical bill, a far cry from the level of enjoyment I expected. Grotesque. In short, I certainly won't be making the mistake of setting foot in what, in my opinion, has become a tourist trap, sadly usurping the magnificent aura of bygone eras, where one would rightfully expect a certain permanence, as blood will tell. It's a real shame, as I'm very attached to everything this establishment is supposed to represent...

An exceptional gastronomic experience awaits at Bernard Loiseau. The cuisine is refined, precise, and deeply moving, featuring top-quality ingredients elevated by remarkable expertise. The service is impeccable: professional, attentive, and warm, without ever being intrusive. The setting lives up to the restaurant's reputation, elegant and serene. A must-visit for lovers of fine French cuisine.
