An extraordinary experience, from the front door to the exit door. Welcome by a valet, loading of the car, accompaniment to the room with baggage handling, champagne and sweets as ordered... Flawless, despite the youth of the entire team working in the 'establishment. The room has been renovated in a spirit that does not sacrifice the authenticity of the place, and offers a lovely view of the garden which awakens at the edge of spring. The spa is very pretty, offering multiple small bubble and hydrojet workshops. Very hot hammam, sauna with panoramic view of the garden, outdoor jacuzzi. And impeccable cleanliness. And the dinner at the Côte d'Or... Apart from the small room whose lighting is not very pleasant (not cozy enough), the service and the meal were exceptional. The seasonings were just right, the flavors balanced, the presentation just the right amount of modernity to enhance classic high-end French products. The chef focuses on taste rather than show off, unlike what we have experienced from other more publicized restaurateurs. Breakfast, unlike many establishments which favor quantity over quality, offers a buffet of carefully selected products, and a few à la carte suggestions, such as perfectly executed eggs Benedict. The challenge was daring to perpetuate the name of Bernard Loiseau, this emblematic chef of my youth. And this bet is met masterfully. Well done, and thank you.

Everything is superb. A wonderful table

This is a review of the restaurant. Lunch menu at 98 euros. Quite disappointed, the caramelized cauliflower seems more burnt than caramelized to me, the veal nuts are not very original for a 2 star, the St Honoré taken extra will be the tastiest of the meal. Of course, it's the first menu but I expected a little better. Having chosen 2-3 wines, the sommelier from whom we asked for advice did not want to give his opinion, they were all very good! I thought a sommelier was there to advise! On the other hand, he managed the quantities well so that the chosen bottle made the complete meal.

I invite you to discover this relaxing place, where the history of the Dumaine family followed by the Loiseau family tells the art of food and hospitality. We were welcomed like princes and every moment was delicious... both taste-wise with amazing dishes but also through the anecdotes told to us by the enthusiastic, discreet and always caring staff. The Spa with exceptional facilities allowed us to recharge our batteries and fully enjoy this weekend of rest. Go there without hesitation... because it's for sure... we will come back ☺️
