Magnificent residence. We received a very warm welcome. The staff is truly attentive. The room with a view of the park... The spa... Everything was absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, we were unable to dine at the restaurant as they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, we were able to dine at Brasserie Loiseau, and everything was delicious with impeccable service.

It was pure bliss! From the very first day we walked through the door, warmly welcomed by Hugo, then Hez took excellent care of us and brought us a refreshing drink, much appreciated after the long journey we had just made.
A truly delightful stay that tantalized our taste buds!
The gourmet meal was served with exquisite care by such pleasant staff! And the refined breakfast served by Coralia was simply delightful. Everyone was so attentive, and it makes us want to return very, very soon. Thank you so much!!

Here, the entire staff celebrates the French art of living and honors the memory of Bernard Loiseau with professionalism and, above all, a great warmth that deeply touched us.
The vegetable menu was exceptional, and I will long remember the beetroot dish, just as I still remember Marc Veyrat's sea bass with white chocolate and lime from his heyday on the shores of Lake Annecy.
So yes, we will return, both for the people and for the food.
Thank you to all those dedicated to preserving our shared heritage.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly outstanding — attentive, professional, and consistently high-level throughout our visit.
The rooms are beautifully designed in an authentic vintage style, full of character and charm. The interior creates a unique atmosphere that makes the stay feel special rather than generic.
The hotel also features a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing, and an excellent restaurant with a great ambiance.
Overall, the service and overall experience were of a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Luxury in its simplicity – we had an exceptional stay. It all started with the spa, not very large but fully equipped, with buttons everywhere and incredible sensations. Special mention for the outdoor jacuzzi. Then came the two-star meal with attentive and very friendly staff. And what can I say about the dishes? Delicious from start to finish. The prices make more sense now, because there's so much attention to detail that it almost doesn't seem so expensive! 😂😂😂
And finally, the room with a garden view. I won't change my mind even if breakfast is a flop tomorrow, but I highly doubt it. In any case, we will highly recommend it to our friends and family.
