Le Rubis sur Paris

It's not easy to find a (good) address like Le Rubis. However, Franck and his team managed to do better by changing everything and not much at the same time. Sourced products, often changing dishes to share, a faultless wine list, welcome and a smile, a rarity in the Montorgueil district.

A new caring team! From the real cuisine, everything is delicious right down to the assisted choice of wines. A very good address in this area where the best rubs shoulders with the worst.

A really nice address, everything is authentic: the team started with its boss, the place, the pats, the wines. The setting is simple but lively, I loved the evening tapas: enjoying different flavors, switching as you wish from a soup to a fish to a meat or a ravioli: each time you stop and let your taste buds to be moved, a treat. To go back there ? And how !

Wonderful welcome and friendly cuisine

Even better than before with the new team. Tasty, seasonal dishes and perfect service in a warm bistro atmosphere. A nice list of organic wines and others... Very good tapas also in the evening... Deserves to be in the Fooding! Go ahead, you will be won over... ;-)

A bistro loved by Parisian locals. We sell starter + main / main + dessert formulas and appetizer + main + dessert formulas at reasonable prices. The menu changes regularly and fresh ingredients are used, so the food is fresh. There are not many seats inside, so I recommend making a reservation in advance.

The new Rubis team is incredible. From the cuisine to the service, to the choice of wine, we enjoy it from start to finish. The dishes are really delicious, very well made, fine and with taste! You are served with a smile by everyone. The atmosphere is as relaxed as it is warm. We came back twice, tried many dishes on the menu and loved everything, both the savory and the sweet! It has become one of our favorite restaurants. I think it’s still a well-kept secret, because there are people in the room but the restaurant is not full. Take advantage of it quickly before it becomes an institution, because it sure will become one very soon.
