Le Safranier sur Antibes

It's always a delight to dine here, both for the ambiance and the exquisite cuisine! I highly recommend it. The chef is a true lover of food.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and had a great sense of humor, which made us excited about the dining experience from the very beginning. We started with the ceviche. The flavors were lovely, but it was served a little less chilled than we expected, which slightly affected the texture. The main course, however, was outstanding. I don’t usually enjoy vegetables very much, but every single one was absolutely delicious. In fact, the vegetables were the true stars of the dish, while the pork felt more like the perfect accompaniment. The wine recommended by the staff paired beautifully with the meal and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful evening and would definitely love to come back on our next vacation ❤️

The food was certainly good, but not outstanding. The broth in the bouillabaisse tasted exactly like the fish soup from Super U. There's also room for improvement in the service. Overall, the price/performance ratio isn't right.

The restaurant is lovely, nestled under mulberry trees, an unusual spot in the saffron-growing region. Everything is high quality. The service is excellent, the cuisine refined. I love coming here with my family or even just for a romantic dinner. Olivia

Thank you to the whole team for this superb lunch. --- 2023 Stylish cuisine in a pleasant and unusual setting (the "free commune" of Le Safranier) near the ramparts, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The prices are €€€, but the quality is there, for example, the grilled octopus offered as a starter - memorable!

An excellent restaurant, the food is exquisite, an undeniable gastronomic aspect, the staff including Paul are adorable, I will return with great pleasure.

My friend has left this world, for his time had come. I came to this place, where I cherish fond memories of times spent together, to symbolically raise a glass with him once more. What does this have to do with this website? I recommend, if you can, that you go and create your own memories at Restaurant Le Safranier. Delicious dishes, sparkling wines, and a warm, family atmosphere in a pleasant setting will create the backdrop for moments you'll cherish.
