24/01/2024: Passing through Briare for a professional meeting, the farmer welcomed me during my laborious lunch break. I was able to enjoy my meals while working. Very clean, very nice people and good cuisine. Thank you very much for the welcome!
02/01/2024: Passing through the region for the New Year with several friends, we stopped at one of these simple restaurants in small towns in France where everything is authentic as well as pleasant: a responsive and friendly couple in charge, dishes simple but very good and well cooked (bib steaks at the top), original vintage decor. In so many cities, we regret the closure of this type of restaurant in favor of either industrial chains, or complicated and expensive fashionable bistros/gastro, or poor quality fast food. So here we greet her and say thank you, above all good luck and who knows see you soon!
