A quick stop for a coffee during the staff break. Very welcoming, friendly and smiling staff. They even pay attention to "small" customers who are just passing through.

We received a very warm welcome despite our late arrival. The meal was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The chef had baked a cake for his colleagues, and we were offered a slice of his delicious cake. We stopped by chance and hope to return soon.

This place seemed appealing, especially since I was craving a good ribeye steak, apparently the house specialty. My wife's was excellent, but mine wasn't. The waiter was certainly overworked, but not very friendly. Needs improvement

06/04/2026: Charming, peaceful spot on the banks of the Dronne. Traditional cuisine, regional dishes. One set menu, but everything can be ordered à la carte.
05/04/2026: The food was passable, bordering on mediocre. We ordered salads (average) and duck confit, which was reheated and tasteless. However, the worst thing by far was the time we spent eating. We arrived at 12:35 and left almost at 3:00 PM, even though it wasn't peak season. Far too long.

12/01/2026: Between Christmas and December 30, 2025, we stayed at this hotel and dined twice at the hotel restaurant, "CHABROL." We greatly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant is truly gourmet, and the dining room overlooking the Dronne River is spacious and very pleasant. Pets are welcome.
09/11/2025: The receptionist was very welcoming. We had dinner at the restaurant, a lovely experience with pleasant service. The sommelier was attentive and offered enthusiastic recommendations. The room was beautifully renovated. The breakfast was adequate. In short, a wonderful and delightful stay.
