26/04/2026: The reviews weren't lying! In our five day trip we had a lot of good food but this was by far the best experience we had. Not not just an absolute steal but a culinary heist in broad daylight! The chef/owner is really welcoming, the selection of foods and wine was excactly right and his in depth knowledge, technique and creativity really came through with every single dish. Please do give this place a try.
19/04/2026: Good ingredients, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and a very welcoming owner who knows how to showcase his products. We left delighted with this meal, which satisfied our appetites and introduced us to new flavors. We can't wait for our next trip to Tours to return.

The dining rooms are now brighter, the kitchens have been adapted to the needs of Chef Maximilien Bridier, and the terrace has been transformed into a reception hall. On the plate, only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients are featured, and the Chef's talent is matched only by his perfectly controlled creativity. In the dining room, Stéphane and his excellent team ensure seamless service with a smile, attentiveness, and a touch of humor that gives the place a feeling of well-being. The large terrace, tastefully redecorated (the numerous parasols of varying shapes, sizes, and heights are a true work of art in themselves), offers ample privacy for each elegant table, perfect for celebrating life's most precious moments.
