This was my second time at this restaurant. It's a great find. Their set menu (starter, main course, dessert) works wonderfully and I find it quite refined!

27/02/2026: A superb experience in Sélestat, a great restaurant. In addition to Alsatian dishes, there's a small menu offering extras like hanger steak and pork knuckle. We enjoyed our meal on the terrace in this beautiful weather; it was magnificent, the food was excellent, and the owners were very friendly. If you're ever passing through Alsace, come and enjoy authentic, homemade cuisine.
26/02/2026: We only had 30 minutes to eat, but the team did everything they could to make sure we could eat within that time. Thank you! We even had time for dessert! Thank you!

22/11/2025: Very disappointed with the manalas. They've been our favorites for a long time, but this year I find they're not the same as before. They've gone on a serious diet; they used to be nice and plump. And by 3 pm (so not the end of the day), they're almost empty.
