A beautiful restaurant located right in the heart of the city. One of the few to offer vegetarian options. We had a magnificent platter with cosmos flowers and a vegetarian galette. Everything was delicious. The welcome was warm. And the setting is lovely, in a small courtyard with beautiful plants. Good value for money; I highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere is nice and pleasant. If we're talking about cleanliness, this place is more than 5 stars. The food is good, and the staff is very friendly. Speaking (again) of the food, I'd say it's a great place to grab a bite while exploring Carcassonne and heading to the train station (like I did). Plus, the place has excellent taste in music. In short, a good, nice, and reasonably priced spot.

In the historic and medieval center of Carcassone we tried the galette, the classic one with egg and ham was good, the vegan one a little too spicy.

We came as a family and had a lovely time. The setting is pleasant and the welcome was warm. The vegan salad was delicious. The cheese galettes were also very good! A wonderful experience and good value for money. Thank you 🙏🏼

A stunning, charming place, built entirely of stone and wood, with a very pleasant interior courtyard. Simple, high-quality cuisine. A must-try if you're visiting the city.

27/09/2025: A wonderful place with a delicious vegan menu. Since I'm vegan and my husband isn't, we were able to eat comfortably. The place was very clean, the prices were good, and the lady who served us was delightful, even making an effort to speak Spanish. Highly recommended.
23/09/2025: I was invited on a Saturday. We were served much too quickly for my liking (45 minutes for the meal). The setting is pleasant and unusual.
