A lively downtown bar with the kind of atmosphere that is sadly sorely lacking today.

Here, young and old meet on equal footing and in harmony. It was very nice here, and the beer tasted excellent.

So, Manu's place is the best bar around, no two days are ever the same, it's just a landmark in life, with love on top of that and an unbreakable friendship. Thank you Manu for everything, I love you.

Danny's hot dogs are to die for! A friendly, rock 'n' roll bar, no pretension, and the staff is fantastic. Special mention for the beers. Go without hesitation if you're visiting Sélestat!

Resto Bio L'Acoustic Selestat

29/08/2026: The best vegetarian restaurant in France 🇫🇷🇸🇰
12/08/2026: What a lovely place to enjoy a delicious meal in the cool shade of ancient trees. The food was excellent, as was the service. A special mention for Emma, the Acoustic's youthful and literary asset, and thank you to André and his team for their warm welcome.
