We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the welcome, the service, and the menu. The regional menu is excellent; we will definitely return. Furthermore, the parking lot is quite large; we were able to park our camper van without any problems.

We had a great time. The meal was delicious, and we spent the afternoon outside playing pétanque. The place is great, and so is the staff. I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: A wonderful discovery, almost like a one-on-one chat with the chefs. Cooked over a wood fire, expertly executed. Generous and delicious dishes. Definitely worth the trip.
30/01/2026: The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant is excellent, especially the wood-fired grilled meats, which are cooked to perfection. However, it's a shame to serve tasteless mustard sauces in unopenable sticks! With a ribeye steak, it really makes it seem like a highway rest stop, which it isn't! Please correct this.

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
