Good welcome The cocktails are good and the prices are fair. In terms of the meal, my friend and I enjoyed ourselves. The products were fresh. It’s a very nice discovery, for my part, and I recommend it to you.

We looked for something to eat as a family for 9 in Carcassonne, in vain... So we chose to eat here as a family. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes! I highly recommend this restaurant and especially their Burger of the moment! 😋

A nice restaurant where the welcome is very friendly. Good cassoulet, a little dry. But I did not find the cassoulet of its predecessor which was excellent. But I will come back to taste something else.

03/11/2024: What can I say other than that the cassoulet is more than excellent!!! Very hearty and made with local products The chef and the waiter are both very professional and very pleasant Pleasant atmosphere, highly recommended
01/11/2024: Restaurant with warm staff and pleasant chef. Succulent gourmet meal at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate to take what you don't usually eat, you won't be disappointed!!!

12/12/2024: Delicious cassoulet. Local products, homemade cuisine. Very friendly and talkative staff.
30/11/2024: The cassolete is very good! And the charming owner! Speak Spanish. And even though it says it closes at 3pm on Google, it closes later! 100% recommended
