Well located and sunny restaurant, The young waitress is smiling and served us professionally and pleasantly throughout the meal! We enjoyed the copious menu at €14.90 prepared by the friendly owner, his cassoulet is delicious!

Waitress at the top and very smiling, the boss is very attentive to the customers. The dishes are succulent and inexpensive for the quality. One of the best restaurants in the city if not the best!!!

Very friendly welcome. Menu at €15 and of excellent quality. Everything is very good. With the rain and wind today, we waited inside until a table became available with a nice discussion with the owner. I highly recommend

Home cooking: cassoulet is killer! We had it à la carte, very generous and excellent. And I'm not talking about their Trauquet cup: vanilla ice cream, salted butter caramel, caramel coulis and whipped cream 😋. Thanks to the chef!

14/10/2024: Hadden niet gereserveerd maar konden op zaterdagavond toch terecht. Nadat we de gerechten hadden gekozen, liet de eigenaar ons kiezen uit drie bijpassende wijnen. De gerechten waren stik voor stuk toegespitst op iets met truffel. Smaakte evenals de wijn goed. Leuke ervaring en een aanrader als je eens iets anders wil.
02/09/2024: Nouvelle localisation plus confortable et plus agréable avec terrasse intérieure et parkibg public à proximité. Cela reste une adresse superbe pour la truffe tant d’hiver que d’été. Toute la carte à base de truffes, bon choix de vins régionaux. Bon rapport qualité prix.

14/10/2024: While staying in Carcassonne, my hotel offered an overpriced & disappointing breakfast. I came here instead. Much better food, professional and friendly staff and a decent coffee too.
