Thank you for your warm welcome, especially since we were with our four-legged friend (our Basset Hound), who also received a five-star welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal... the Welsh rarebit was succulent... All this in a setting reminiscent of a bygone era, like a true traditional pub. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. A superb lunch... a warm and spontaneous welcome... Our dog was kindly accepted: cuddles and a bowl of water... A bistro just the way we like them... where it's lovely to spend a pleasant time in excellent company around a good table... We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will gladly return with our dog.

*attention for vegetarian/pescatarian: the french fries are fried in beef tallow, be sure to specify you want mashed potatoes as a side. Very cozy, warm place, lovely decorations, seating is quite tight. Hearty food, nice service. The place gets really crowded starting from 12.30. Arrive early or book in advance. We had a bit of a hiccup with the fries, but the staff was super nice about it

Small, typical pub. Friendly staff. Very good and generous portions. Being Belgian, it was the first time we'd eaten good fries. We'll be back!

First time in Lille, we wanted to try a typical local restaurant and we were not disappointed 👍: - The decor is stunning, I loved it! - The small, cozy dining room with candles on the tables was very inviting. - The staff was pleasant and attentive, yet still allowed us to enjoy our meal and the family moment. - The meal was excellent and generous; we thoroughly enjoyed the local specialties. I highly recommend it.

02/04/2026: Excellent experience at L’Imaginaire bar in Lille. I was charmed by the artistic atmosphere and the original decor, a blend of soft lighting and vintage objects. Our waiter, Thomas, was welcoming and very professional. Special mention goes to the signature cocktail, “Rêve Noir,” which was perfectly balanced. A friendly place, ideal for an evening with friends. I highly recommend this unique establishment. Their quick service and helpful advice make every visit more enjoyable.
22/03/2026: The cocktails are well-made. The service is lacking; it took 15 minutes to deign to take our order while four people were chatting amongst themselves behind the bar. Avoid if possible.

06/07/2025: If you're looking for delicious, high-quality galettes, then you've come to the right place. The service is excellent; the aperitif and meal were served neither too quickly nor too slowly, perfectly timed. As for the aperitif, the Breton spritz (Aperol + cider) was a superb discovery; I recommend it to those who enjoy spritz. As for the meal, the ingredients are high-quality, the galettes are delicious, and the price is reasonable. The chtiflette was excellent. As for dessert, I didn't order any, but the other tables' dishes looked excellent. However, the price of the desserts seemed a little high. I 100% recommend this place for a quick, warm, and comforting meal. Thank you.
