A lovely little restaurant with excellent galettes and crêpes. It must be magnificent in the summer with the terrace overlooking the lake. Not to mention the service, which was efficient and friendly. I'll long remember the very pretty waitress and her beautiful smile.

We came to Triskell this Sunday at lunchtime and had a wonderful time. For our main courses, we chose the Tartiflette galette and the Salmon Tartiflette galette: generous, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. For dessert, the strawberry jam crêpe and the salted caramel crêpe were simply delicious. All this at a very good price. A place to remember for a delicious and convivial meal in the area!

The restaurant offers a pleasant setting with views of the castle or the lake, depending on the table. The dishes are well-presented and the prices are reasonable. Service is adequate, without excessive waiting. A good option in the village.

This is an old friend in Pierrefonds. We eaten here many times mostly because they have gluten-free crêpes. We have never had a bad dish both the savory and dessert crêpes are excellent. The actual restaurant is quite small but when the weather is good you can eat on the terrace with à view of the lake and château Pierrefonds.

21/03/2026: Dining at the Castle Restaurant was truly a wonderful experience. The atmosphere already sets the tone, but what really made the evening memorable was the exceptional quality of service. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire meal. Their attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything was perfect made the experience feel very special. The food was equally impressive. The croustillant de bœuf and the croustillant d’agneau were absolutely outstanding,beautifully prepared, perfectly balanced in flavor, and cooked to perfection. Every bite reflected the care and craftsmanship of the kitchen. Overall, a fantastic dining experience combining excellent service and remarkable cuisine. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and memorable meal.

Le Chalet du Lac

24/03/2026: An evening at the Chalet is always eagerly anticipated and appreciated: everything is simply delicious. Unpretentious, yet flavorful. The ingredients are fresh and homemade, and the service is very friendly without being intrusive. As for the setting: the interior, with its fireplace, is just as delightful as the exterior, with its view of the castle near the lake.
20/03/2026: A lovely spot for a drink or a meal. I highly recommend this place with its exceptional view of Pierrefonds Castle.
