Very good and very generous portions; the prices seem a bit high, but wait until you see the portions! The table in the back was a bit dark. The service was adequate, but it was difficult to make ourselves understood for non-basic requests.

The food was excellent and the portions were generous. I highly recommend the mussels, the meat, and the burgers. A nice touch: the homemade sauces.

Good restaurant in Digne. Small dining room but slightly air-conditioned. Warm and helpful welcome. Sidewalk terrace by the roadside. The food is quite good.

We are always delighted to dine at Victor Hugo. The welcome is excellent, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. A must-visit in Digne-les-Bains that we recommend without hesitation!

Overall, the food was good, but the wait was endless. We arrived at noon and weren't served until 1:45 PM. It's a real shame. If we come back, never again on a Sunday at lunchtime.

I ate mussels with Rochefort cheese, it's incredible! At over 70 years old, I can say that they were the best balls of my life, and yet I've eaten a lot of them…!

15/07/2026: Lovely establishment in the city center. The owner wet the terrace floor—a very good idea during this hot weather. Impeccable service. Great selection of draft beers and a fantastic terrace near the fountains. Highly recommended.
