Excellent lunch in a beautiful setting. The dishes are tasty, generous, and beautifully presented. The service is very efficient and friendly. Excellent value for money.

The setting, atmosphere, and staff are all warm and welcoming. The dishes are refined, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The flavors are perfectly balanced in every dish. A little haven nestled in a lovely neighborhood of Pau. I highly recommend it for a pleasant experience.

My family of nine and I had dinner at this restaurant in the center of Pau. The food was surprisingly good, and very well prepared. The waiter provided excellent service, attending to us attentively throughout the meal. 100% recommended.

Second visit to this brasserie this year and nothing to complain about. A super welcome, even on a Saturday night at 9 pm without a reservation 🤩 The burger is delicious and the French toast is to die for, plus the servers are lovely! We'll be back

10/01/2026: Very good. The architecture and rooms are unremarkable, but everything is functional. Good restaurant. The spa is pleasant.
06/01/2026: Superb hotel, both inside and out. Pleasant and attentive staff. Very nice rooms, great breakfast. Excellent service, a true 5 stars. The only major drawback is the adjoining establishments: the bar/restaurant and the gourmet restaurant. Two bad experiences that make me deduct a star from my overall rating. I don't know if I'll return because of this.
