A restaurant where you know you won't be disappointed by what you find on your plate. The dishes are refined, very well presented and for my part I find that it is excellent value for money when you take the lunch formula (2 or 3 courses).

Refined and tasty cuisine. Perfectly dosed to enjoy the starter, main course and dessert without leaving a crumb and being full! Fresh products and home cooking that delights every time. A must-see place to eat well in Cholet. Service always top notch, warm and professional!

Arrivée à 13h j’ai pu manger une mise en bouche iodée , entrée plat et dessert en 1h Très bien accueillie, des plats excellents Une superbe adresse Je ne sais pas si j’aurais à nouveau l’occasion de passer par Choler mais si c’était le cas je ne manquerais pas de retourner dans ce restaurant

Une envie soudaine de fruit de mer …… impossible d en manger il fallait réserver un plateau 48 h à l’avance , certes pour la fraîcheur mais en week end un minimum quand même …. Restaurant sans menu enfant donc à la carte 24 euros pour un enfant de 5 ans …dommage restaurant à faire sans enfant . Sinon plat très bon et la serveuse très agréable . Je ne reviendrai pas à cause des fruits de mer à réserver .

08/07/2025: Chef in Luxembourg, passing through, a restaurant recommended by Charal employees. And there...surprise, it was very, very good, with smiling, professional waitresses and a chef who knows his stuff. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
