The people who rent the pedal boats are incredibly kind, and the lady at the counter is a ray of sunshine with her smile. We rented an hour, but split it into two 30-minute sessions following the advice of the lovely lady at the counter. This allowed us to have a refreshing drink between the two sessions, as the weather was perfect for summer on Friday, May 1st. It's a beautiful place, and the prices are affordable for everyone.

Great spot near the lake with a stunning view of the castle. The welcome was fantastic, even though we hadn't booked and arrived at 1:30 pm. I personally thoroughly enjoyed the incredibly tender steak and the gourmet coffee. My husband and daughter each had a burger, which were also excellent.

We came for lunch; it wasn't too crowded and the atmosphere was very pleasant with a beautiful view of the village and the castle. It's worth noting that there's only outdoor seating. We ordered Strasbourg sausages (€8.50) and a burger (€18.50). We ate very well, and the staff were friendly. It had a bit of a beachside restaurant feel; it was really lovely, I recommend it!

The setting is sublime! With a view of the castle and right on the lake, this restaurant has an ideal location in the heart of Pierrefonds!
As for the service, the welcome was rather cold and slow on this Sunday evening, despite the few customers.
The dishes are good but nothing extraordinary: too greasy, too salty, and not particularly fresh. The setting saves the day!
