A wonderful experience, as always since the restaurant opened. The team maintains a high standard of creativity, quality, and freshness of produce, as well as the excellence of the dishes, from the starters to the coffee. The service is attentive and responsive, despite a few minor oversights, which were quickly rectified with a smile and kindness.

28/09/2024: Passing through Lotoise, I went by feeling to look for a restaurant in Tarbes and I came across very well. I ate well, the place is cozy and the staff are very friendly. I will return there with great pleasure.
26/09/2024: We found ourselves there by chance, very pleasantly surprised because the food was delicious, especially the lamb shank, the staff knew that we were there for a birthday dinner, I was treated to dessert with the fountain candle on the cake and plus the little song I thank the whole team who are very nice and the food is very good I highly recommend it
