As the best restaurant in Tarbes, it was a must-visit. Reservations were recommended, the tasting menu was excellent, the hours were convenient, and the service was attentive. Special thanks to Lucie, who was very kind and efficient. A restaurant to enjoy before the Michelin Guide crushes it.

We visited this restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed by the quality of the food. Having dined at restaurants of this caliber before, we found the dishes rather simple, with flavors easily found in more traditional cuisine. For us, the value for money clearly did not live up to the establishment's standards. We expected much better, particularly in terms of the creativity and originality of the dishes. A disappointing experience considering the price and our expectations.
