We came to try the new menu at L'Empreinte. What can I say except that it's perfect? Taste, texture, cooking—appetizers, main courses, desserts—are all executed flawlessly. The service was also impeccable. Bravo to the entire team!

11/05/2026: This is a wonderful place that serves most of the southern Frenxh dishes you would look for in Tarbes. The staff is friendly, food is tasty, but it can have a feeling of a regular bar. Besides that, excellent nonetheless, would recommend!
