Third time here. Different menu this time, and it was fantastic from start to finish, from the cocktails to the wine, from the appetizers to the dessert—truly excellent. Very friendly staff. Cozy and very pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious!

From the very beginning of the meal, a succession of colors, tastes, and flavors surprised and delighted us. The staff was incredibly attentive. Many of the dishes were so generous that it was impossible for me to enjoy the cheese plate that was packed in a bento box. You absolutely must go; it's indescribable and so delicious. 11/05/2026: This is a wonderful place that serves most of the southern Frenxh dishes you would look for in Tarbes. The staff is friendly, food is tasty, but it can have a feeling of a regular bar. Besides that, excellent nonetheless, would recommend!
