A very good experience at L'Empreinte. The lunch menu is excellent and very good value for money. The service is helpful and offers good advice.

Two comments that aren't criticisms of the restaurant itself, but rather personal reflections:
- The bread didn't seem to live up to the quality of the food and service.
- The modernist trend of rating everything is bordering on unbearable. When you've been rated throughout your entire school, university, and professional life, and are finally freed by retirement,
you aspire to avoid joining the "dark side of the rating system." This will therefore be my last rating...

A wonderful discovery! The staff were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, expertly prepared—in short, we had a very pleasant time, and our taste buds will remember it. Highly recommended!

There were nine of us who came to discover this restaurant. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The small back room is very pleasant.
The food is excellent and the wine list is very varied (the Crozes-Heritage at €49 is certainly top-notch). One small drawback: the wine was served slightly too chilled.
The little amuse-bouches between courses complemented the meal, as did the explanations from the servers (excellent). They also accommodated an allergy and made some adjustments to the dishes (thank you).
If we were to find a few criticisms:
The plates of amuse-bouches were left on the table and not cleared away, cluttering the table (there were nine of us).
As for the main courses: (they were excellent), however, the plates were a bit too heavy (in my opinion) with a lot of mashed potatoes.

What a fantastic experience our visit to this restaurant was. From the very first moment, we were pampered. The welcome was warm and the service throughout the evening was very professional!
The absolute highlight was the food. Each dish is a visual masterpiece and beautifully presented. More importantly: the taste is phenomenal. Every course was a true taste explosion with perfectly balanced, deep, and surprising flavors. You can taste pure passion and craftsmanship on the plate here.
This is truly a high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back very soon! Highly recommended.
