For dinner during a stopover in Chambray-lès-Tours for two... Well, I was frankly disappointed. Despite the friendly welcome, the food didn't live up to expectations: the fish burger was sad, with bones (well, it's fish, I know), and looked pathetic on the plate, so lacking in any real substance... The pinnacle of the "tasting" was the waffle tatin, a shapeless mass of half-cooked, uninteresting waffle batter: in short, a complete waste of time and money. Especially when the waiter asks if everything was alright and ignores your negative response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

09/07/2025: The meal was okay overall but not exceptional. I didn't really want to go back because there was nothing wow-worthy. The gizzard salad was bland, with boiled gizzards, boiled potatoes, and a bland sauce. The skate wing was overcooked with a lack of sauce, bland vegetables, and fries that weren't homemade.
