Very good to accept people without reservation, the intention is good but it must be followed. If you eat at a high table, provide comfortable seating, especially for two hours. Our forgotten dishes, cold fries, dessert, you have to ask for them until the bill. As for respect and good manners, go through the emergency exit for entrances and exits because going around must be too complicated (smell of cigarettes and cold of course) and when we close the door because it is not closed properly we are told less loudly :):). Last remark, hygiene, dust is happening and the VMC in the toilets are clogged by dust, I don't know what they can suck up. But you don't have to make enough money to do well at every level. It's not all about giving everyone a kiss, what we're asking is just "simple, good, efficient, clean" unfortunately it's very rare. For fewer people they got fired.
