We have never been disappointed until now but we went to eat there last Saturday November 30 and I don't think we are ready to go back. There was clearly a staffing problem. Virtually empty room and no more welcoming new customers. An hour to have mussels and fries. Cheese in the sauce that wasn't melted and frozen fries that were dry. The waiter was apologetic and did what he could but it seemed like they were all doing the cooking and serving. Plus it was very cold and I left with a bad cold. In short, it's over for us

Visit on November 2, 2024 in the evening
Food is good for a chain.
The young waiter is very friendly, smiling and listens to the customer. On the other hand, the head waiter was not smiling and I found that way of speaking to the waiters not very friendly....
We can be responsible and kind!

Good food, good value for money and good quantities. Service a little long, especially when the room is half empty, forgetting and mixing up orders, it's a shame. That being said, the welcome is good and we always enjoy coming to eat.

We ordered mussels and fries from the menu (there was no more beef!), after an aperitif (French twist and a 1664 (€8.90 and €5.90 for 33cl). The portion of mussels (not very copious) were good without equaling those of Spain On the other hand, the fries were really not good (frozen and reheated). On the other hand, there were few people, but the sound of the children having fun resonated. everywhere. For everything, with 1 coffee: 50 euros.

L’accueil y est et la sympathie du personnel également ! Mais il y a une baisse niveau gustatif des cocottes de moules 🤷🏻♀️ peu de persil, peu d’échalotes et le jus est plus goût eau que vin blanc ! Dommage ce n’est plus ce que c’était 😞
