Exceptional! The food and dishes are well-presented, the meat is tender and cooked to our liking, and the desserts are simply exquisite. In short, the portions are generous, the Spanish ambiance and music are truly wonderful, the service is well-paced (not too fast, not too slow), and the waitresses know their recommendations inside and out. I highly recommend booking early! I will definitely return.

On a long-term assignment in Tarbes, I tried many restaurants there. But this restaurant is undoubtedly the best in town, in my opinion. The welcome, the atmosphere, the decor, the food—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.
