I regularly spend my evenings at this bar and I've never been disappointed; in fact, that's one of the main reasons I go back so often. The staff is very friendly and I've never had any problems with the other patrons. The prices are very reasonable and the evenings are always very well organized. Following some minor controversies, I'd like to share my opinion: the bar is experiencing too many misunderstandings regarding certain political views. I believe that political opinions have no place in a bar, and that Les Arcades, in particular, makes no distinction whatsoever, regardless of the person or their political opinions.

Evening of January 13, 2026, everything was perfect for our table of 5. The service was provided by a professional young lady, the food was excellent, with good ingredients and delicious bread (and wine). Luckily, the dining room was quiet, making it very pleasant. It was flawless! 🤟🏻 See you soon, Thibault.

Very friendly and attentive service – just the right balance between attentive and unobtrusive. The restaurant's flow seems harmonious and well-coordinated. Highly recommended: the Bresse chicken in a braised casserole with vin jaune – wonderfully tender and aromatic. Overall, a truly wonderful experience; we'd gladly return!

A great restaurant in the heart of Arbois. The daily special is delicious and the waitresses and waiters are very friendly. The menu is quite simple, but the dishes are very good. A good address, and it's open on Mondays.

A chance visit on a Friday evening was a very pleasant surprise. Everything is simple but elegant, from the discreet but efficient service to the no-frills but neat decor. The cuisine is extremely refined, with an exceptional mention for the Bresse chicken en Cocotte with white wine, all for a more than decent quality-price ratio. And as a bonus, a sincere and pleasant exchange with the chef-restaurateur. Thank you for this evening!

Dinner: Signature Menu with wine pairing... the photos speak for themselves. The Chef and her team delighted us. The service was truly excellent, and the sommelier team was amazing!!! We tasted delicious wines 😋. A special mention for the cheese service: an impressive trolley served by a passionate individual who gave us excellent advice on the wines the sommelier had selected for us. A family-run establishment with a passion for their craft and products—a real pleasure. A weekend that the whole family loved. We will be back! Note: dogs are welcome and pampered! Bistrot des Claquets

28/01/2026: I'm improving on my review from last year. It's incredible how the whole team goes out of their way, so naturally, to make every guest feel comfortable. The working-class bistro atmosphere is preserved, and the prices reflect that. The food is divine, unpretentious yet so flavorful and wholesome. Well done to everyone!
