I regularly spend my evenings at this bar and I've never been disappointed; in fact, that's one of the main reasons I go back so often. The staff is very friendly and I've never had any problems with the other patrons. The prices are very reasonable and the evenings are always very well organized.
Following some minor controversies, I'd like to share my opinion: the bar is experiencing too many misunderstandings regarding certain political views. I believe that political opinions have no place in a bar, and that Les Arcades, in particular, makes no distinction whatsoever, regardless of the person or their political opinions.

Evening of January 13, 2026, everything was perfect for our table of 5. The service was provided by a professional young lady, the food was excellent, with good ingredients and delicious bread (and wine). Luckily, the dining room was quiet, making it very pleasant. Very friendly and attentive service – just the right balance between attentive and unobtrusive. The restaurant's flow seems harmonious and well-coordinated. Highly recommended: the Bresse chicken in a braised casserole with vin jaune – wonderfully tender and aromatic. Overall, a truly wonderful experience; we'd gladly return!

A great restaurant in the heart of Arbois.
The daily special is delicious and the waitresses and waiters are very friendly.
The menu is quite simple, but the dishes are very good.
A good address, and it's open on Mondays.
