Always a pleasure to come!!! An unambiguous welcome for quality cuisine or even just a coffee at the counter. The chef's burger with its side dish!!! I highly recommend this establishment

A successful family lunch, inside with an authentic, lively bistro decor. A warm welcome and impeccable service. Upstairs they have installed contemporary art exhibition rooms: sculptures, photographs. There is something for everyone! It’s entirely commendable to offer this kind of discovery in a restaurant.

Loved Le Cafe Parisien. Great ambience. An authentic French experience. The Cafe has its original decor. Because of this we ate inside so we could enjoy it. The terrace also looked lovely. 2 vegetarian dishes on the menu which we appreciated. And a yummy glass of Premier Crus Chablis. Service was excellent - friendly and warm with a sense of humour.

A coffee that smells like the coffees of yesteryear. Born in 1832, it remains attractive due to the atmosphere and the delicious dishes concocted in the kitchen. I fell for a hamburger with mustard sauce. A delight! Fresh and tender meat, a nice mustard sauce and bakery buns. The carpaccios are delicious. Everything is fresh, local and plentiful. We melt in front of the chocolate cake with a runny center decorated with whipped cream and homemade red fruit custard. A friendly team. An address to remember in Burgundy!

Good quality cuisine (a crazy Charolais steak), top-notch service and a warm, vintage setting. A good address for sure, so look forward to it next time!

c'était bon !!! super bien mange, cette sauce époisse était bonne j'en ai même redemandé à la serveuse qui m'en a rapporté ! un gd merci à cette dame on a été bien soigné ! qualité quantité tout y était avec un tres bon accueil ! merci à tous. Brigitte et Daniel

Belle ambiance pour le plus ancien café de Côte d'Or. Repas simple et soigné. Touristes et locaux se côtoient pour le plus grand plaisir des uns et des autres, parfait.

24/08/2024: Very good restaurant experience. Varied menus cooked on site. The chef was able to adapt to our particular request. Do not hesitate to leave the city center of Saulieu, because the value for money is favorable.
20/08/2024: A beautiful lunch with friends and family. Extremely good food and very worth a visit if you are in the area . Reasonable prices as well with (maybe a few) bottles of wine. It was absolutely delicious and possibly my favourite meal in the 2 weeks of holidaying in France. Thank you so much for your hospitality and all the best.

Lots of little attention and very responsive by email, she also constantly showed pro-activity 😊 We recommend this hotel ++ and will come back very soon!
