Les Dames Des Halles sur Beziers

22/12/2025: It had been a long time since our last visit, but it was a pleasure again because the welcome is as friendly and warm as ever (even from the little dog who greeted us enthusiastically) and the food is as delicious and sophisticated as always. The owners take the time to chat, which is very much appreciated. I recommend this restaurant, even though they've already proven themselves after 38 years in business.
