Fantastic meal from start to finish, everything was delicious. The welcome and service were excellent; the owner is really friendly and attentive. It was nice and warm inside, perfect. Thank you to the whole team!

We had dinner during the week, and received a warm welcome. The dishes were generous. I recommend the scallops, prawns with tagliatelle, and the duck breast, as well as the desserts. A big thank you to these three women, wonderful, courageous, and caring. They made sure we didn't miss a thing, and all with a smile. We recommend this restaurant. We'll be back next vacation with our friend from Saint Saud. Congratulations, girls... See you soon.

Homemade dishes from A to Z, only 3 ladies running this establishment the evening we arrived, one of the only restaurants open in Brantome...almost shameful in high season for this pretty village! We were delighted with our romantic dinner

A small restaurant run by three kind ladies, the food is hearty and very good. The honey and rosemary sauce with my lamb chops is super good, and the homemade fries too! The only restaurant that allowed us to eat at 9 p.m.! Thank you for the meal and the warm welcome. We will definitely come back!

Small, friendly terrace. Tense atmosphere between the waitresses, which made you want to finish your lunch faster. A mistake during service, not directly noticed, resulted in a slightly larger bill than expected. Omelettes served with a few fries and a little salad, okay.

10/04/2026: Since the new owners arrived, everything has changed! Excellent welcome, completely homemade meals using fresh ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

12/04/2026: The Superior room we booked was not in any way superior. The hotel feels very dated, having none of the chic that we experienced around the region in other hotels on our week tour. We stayed in far better rooms in far better hotels for a lot less, therefore this felt disappointing. The room was bland, consisting of white wood chip walls and grey furniture- the wardrobe looked like Draculas coffin! There was a telephone in the room but no tea or coffee facilities. Why put a phone in a room but not a kettle or a coffee machine? That’s not very superior. The bathroom was also bland, but clean. The shower had no power, just a trickle. Disappointingly, the river tranquil view was spoiled by traffic noise.
08/04/2026: Thank you for this delicious experience. Rose was very pleased with her meal, thanks to the attentive service of the head waiter.
