A magnificent restaurant in Carcassonne with its specialty: cassoulet! The daily menu, featuring turkey confit salad and aligot sausage, was also delicious! Delicious little ice creams for dessert on this sunny March day, which made for a perfect lunch.

We had a very pleasant evening with another couple of friends.
The staff is very welcoming, the owner is very friendly, and the explanations of the dishes and wines are very well presented.
The dishes are very good and generous. The only slight drawback was that while the ribeye steak was very good and tender, I would recommend using a higher-quality knife for this type of dish.
Otherwise, everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back when the weather is nicer and enjoy this superb, tree-shaded terrace.
Congratulations to this family for their work in the kitchen, the service, and the hospitality. I loved it and highly recommend it.

The food was okay, nothing special. Very basic cuisine; my dish was still cold in the center (probably cooked first, then refrigerated, and finally reheated in the oven).
Despite the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the food, the price unfortunately doesn't reflect the quality of the meal.
The staff was pleasant and attentive, but the manager seemed very tired; hopefully, he'll be feeling better soon.
