Endroit incontournable pour goûter cette spécialité. C'était notre première venue. Nous étions là pour fêter un anniversaire, les grandes tablées de ce restaurant sous terre s'y prêtent parfaitement.

The fouées are a treat for our taste buds, there is something for everyone, a local product. You will come out without hunger. The setting is atypical with this room installed in a troglodyte cellar. And really warm and pleasant service. An address to remember. We booked for 15 people we arrived at 9. Very understandable server. If you are looking for an exotic place or to have a great time, this is it!

Really super nice!!!! Atypical setting, simple dishes but original concept and local specialties!! Adorable and efficient server! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are passing through Saumur 😉

Very nice discovery, on the advice of our host. The setting is atypical with this room installed in a troglodyte cellar. The menu is established with recipes from the Angevin region, simple and effective. Our server is very pleasant and attentive. I recommend.

Excellent discovery of this place. Ideal setting for tasting fouées. The service is fast, attentive and efficient. Very friendly waiter and waitress. The only downside is the toilets.

29/08/2024: A meal on the terrace overlooking the plain: a feast for the eyes. A refined menu, elegant, original, simple but effective cuisine: a treat for the senses. Gazpacho tartare of crab and prawns with mozzarella ice cream and olive mouillettes and crushed tomato. Rabbit, green beans and stuffed zucchini. Creamy mascarpone and white chocolate with raspberries. Go find out. It's not for everyone, but you'll get more than your money's worth.
25/08/2024: Excellent evening meal. The summer menu is delicious. We took the menu of two starters, main course, cheese, pre-dessert and dessert for €68. Perfect.
