A truly unique place!
The menu is truly comprehensive, featuring fresh, local produce. Excellent value for money: a starter, main course, dessert, coffee, and 25cl of wine for €26 in a cave-like setting. A vegetarian option is available, and the children's menu is excellent.
The professional who waited on our table was extremely kind.

A wonderful experience that allows everyone to enjoy the place: children can enjoy a pizza made with foué, and vegetarians can have their own dish, just as tasty as the traditional one.
The server is very friendly, with a Johnny Depp vibe 😊.
We had a great time and left with a full stomach!
A typical starter/main course/dessert/coffee/drink menu for €24—what could be better?

Atypical and really friendly staff, we had a very good evening with friends. The 26 euro menu is generous and excellent. The restaurant located in a troglodyte was a very nice discovery. In addition, I really appreciated the generosity of the staff regarding my request about goat cheese 😉

Very decent meal; you don't leave hungry (contrary to some reviews).
Friendly staff, a bit rushed, which is normal; there must be a shortage of servers.
Always very cool to eat in a former quarry, nice and cool despite the sweltering heat outside (the restrooms could really use a good renovation.)
Even though they're excellent, I just wish the fouées were cooked over a wood fire.
A great discovery nonetheless.
