A wonderful gastronomic discovery in the heart of Besançon. A delightful surprise with the spices: vanilla in some of the dishes was simply delicious. Original, beautifully cooked and presented, using both local and imported spices, and boasting a superb wine list. I highly recommend a gourmet break at L'Ô Restaurant. Reservations are recommended as it's a popular spot.

11/09/2026: A magical discovery. We enjoyed the salads with sorbet or ice cream. Incredible! The pickle sorbet was a real treat. For dessert, we had the gourmet coffee with goat cheese ice cream… Wow… Thank you for this wonderful experience. As a bonus, we also tried the Supreme beer from the Gangloff brewery in Besançon. Definitely worth discovering.
