Excellent cuisine, meticulously prepared (impeccable cooking, seasoning, and presentation), inconsistent service (some servers more pleasant than others...), and a slightly noisy terrace due to nearby passing cars. I recommend this restaurant.

A very good restaurant where the cuisine is high-quality and thoughtfully prepared. The bread was too dry for my taste, which clashed with the rich sauces of the squash tartare starter and the sea bream with miso cream and baby vegetables main course, both on the daily menu. The service was quick for a Saturday at 12:45 pm in the middle of summer, and the servers were very professional. Passing through Besançon? Look no further if you want a good meal. The value for money is excellent.
