Excellent Provençal cuisine. A must-try if you want to experience the wonders of our region.

A very pleasant dining experience! Every dish was delicious! The staff were lovely and very friendly! The ambiance was fantastic.

L’Escaladou A very charming and welcoming atmosphere, with the kitchen at the entrance giving an immediate sense of authenticity. We were greeted with a smile, which is always appreciated. We chose different dishes. I ordered the veal shank, which was truly delicious, but it was a shame it arrived cold. Another diner chose the hamburger: it was more than good, but the fries were also cold. My husband had a rib-eye steak, which was good quality, but unfortunately, it also arrived cold. A definite plus was the omelet, which was delicious, accompanied by fries that were finally hot and delicious. Unfortunately, there seems to be an organizational problem: too many guests and probably only one waiter, resulting in the dishes getting cold before they reach the table. It's a real shame, because the ingredients are excellent and the cuisine, when at its best, is truly delicious. I suggest paying a little more attention to the timing between the kitchen and service, because with better coordination the experience could be truly excellent.

A typical Camargue family restaurant in the old town of Arles. Excellent and generously served bull stew. Warm welcome. Energetic team :-) I highly recommend it! Thank you to Marina, her mother, and all the staff. Happy holidays! ❤️

Excellent bouillabaisse and lamb shank

A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Arles' historic center. We received a warm welcome from a smiling and truly delightful waiter. The bull stew was excellent, generous, and perfectly cooked. A place where you feel comfortable and enjoy a wonderful meal. We will definitely return on our next visit to Arles. Highly recommended!

Perfect!!! Excellent service, very welcoming staff, and a delicious meal. Starter: Bull terrine, very good; my partner had fish soup, excellent. Main course: Bull rib, very good and substantial. My partner had bull stew, very generous and excellent. Very hearty and generous portions. A great restaurant in Arles, highly recommended!!! Two years later, we returned and were once again not disappointed at all!!! Superb, generous portions; the chef loves her work, and it shows in the dishes. We will be back.

Service too fast, not even time to drink an aperitif, they take your order and 5 minutes later you have the food.
