More of a journey through exceptional products than a culinary experience in the strictest sense. A few more side dishes and a little less explanation would have made the experience even more memorable. Thank you for this wonderful discovery!

The chef lets you choose from over fifty fresh products, which he will prepare right before your eyes, explaining their origin, the producer's story, and how they are prepared. Here, there's no fuss about service or fancy presentation. EVERYTHING is about the product, the product, and the product. Endless flavors and surprises that will astonish even the most discerning palates. In short, you get the picture: I highly recommend it. A must-do at least once in your life, or more... just for the sheer pleasure of it!!
