Simply the best culinary experience of my entire life. The chef talks faster than Eminem while being incredibly funny and interesting. He'll explain in minute detail the origin of each of his products (most of which are unavailable anywhere else). It's almost a little sad to think we won't be able to go back the next day because of the reservation deadlines, which are, by the way, completely justified. Thank you so much, it was amazing.

Lots of showmanship, but little real gastronomy. The chef is clearly a marketing genius, constantly reminding guests of the wait time for a reservation and emphasizing the exclusivity of his products. The presentation of the "exceptional" products is rushed, with a speech that seems perfectly memorized. It's difficult to understand everything, and ultimately, a lot of talk for a rather ordinary result. The dishes are decent, but the presentation lacks refinement. The ingredients are undoubtedly high-quality, but they aren't truly enhanced: both the meat and fish are under-seasoned. As for starters, there's a lot of charcuterie, foie gras, and terrines... personally, not my favorite. The wines aren't up to par, although we appreciated the chef allowing us to bring our own bottles. The desserts are acceptable, but I have my doubts about whether they're actually homemade.

The atmosphere was pleasant and we had a good time. That being said, the food was very inconsistent. There were many good raw ingredients, but the main course was frankly not very good. We were sold a show, with a chef who constantly boasts about having access to the rarest ingredients in the world, but I think it's all a bit of a gimmick. He seems to be completely unknown, and after a simple online search, we saw that some of the wines he claims to have as limited editions, supposedly priced exorbitantly, are actually readily available and quite affordable. I will, however, note that the chef's stage performance was very entertaining, and we had a good laugh. A special mention goes to his grand discovery of an edible plant, but again, as a connoisseur, he got one of them wrong. In short, a fun experience, but one that leaves me with a slight doubt about the veracity of the chef's claims.

More of a journey through exceptional products than a culinary experience in the strictest sense. A few more side dishes and a little less explanation would have made the experience even more memorable. Thank you for this wonderful discovery!

25/04/2026: We were looking for a highly-rated Savoyard restaurant in the area. We chose La Ferme à Élise, and we weren't disappointed. We shared a traditional raclette with a small salad, something we usually only make at home. The charcuterie platter for two was very generous and made with high-quality products. The cheese was excellent. We couldn't finish our portions. One small drawback: the place is noisy and tries too hard to be rustic (why do Savoyard restaurants have to be so kitschy?). The atmosphere is a bit oppressive, and with the heat from the raclette grill, let's just say it's an experience. It's worth noting that the restaurant offers many other dishes. The waiter removed the rosette sausage and replaced it with dried beef (since we didn't like it), which was very kind of him, especially since it's not the same price, as we know. I still prefer raclette at home, because I can add eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions—basically vegetables—which allows for a variety of flavors, something the restaurant doesn't offer (apart from the salad). It was still very nice, worth trying once, but I still prefer more elaborate cuisine. However, if you're looking for a good raclette at a restaurant, go for it.
