An experience I would gladly repeat. This meal is an ode to culinary travel and an adventure recounted by the chef.
A multitude of anecdotes make this meal a truly special moment.
The experience is a must if you have the desire and the patience.
The only downside of the evening was the car breaking down in the parking lot, but the chef's good humor ensured we had a wonderful time.

It's an unusual experience.
Here, you don't come specifically for the decor, but rather for the ingredients sourced from producers around the world and cooked on the stovetop. The ingredients are high-quality, well-prepared, and perfectly seasoned.
The service is well-orchestrated by two people, including the chef.
The chef's rapid-fire delivery is interesting, but it's hard to take it all in. I was pleasantly surprised by the discovery of the sensations and flavors offered by the different herbs the chef invites us to consume between bites—it's truly surprising!
The wines are very good, and Éric Favre is very friendly.

Sometimes, a guest will bring a specific ingredient and present it to you. This is exceptional.
The gastronomic meal lasts from 7:30 pm to 1:00 am.
The unique aspect is the small number of guests—only 13 around a bar—allowing you to better watch the chef at work. You choose your dishes; it's a set menu. Portions or half-portions are available, depending on your appetite. If you run out, you can take home what you've started. Be prepared to wait... there's a four-year waiting list... unless there's an unlikely cancellation.

Simply the best culinary experience of my entire life.
The chef talks faster than Eminem while being incredibly funny and interesting. He'll explain in minute detail the origin of each of his products (most of which are unavailable anywhere else).
It's almost a little sad to think we won't be able to go back the next day because of the reservation deadlines, which are, by the way, completely justified.
Thank you so much, it was amazing.

Lots of showmanship, but little real gastronomy. The chef is clearly a marketing genius, constantly reminding guests of the wait time for a reservation and emphasizing the exclusivity of his products.
The presentation of the "exceptional" products is rushed, with a speech that seems perfectly memorized. It's difficult to understand everything, and ultimately, a lot of talk for a rather ordinary result.
The dishes are decent, but the presentation lacks refinement. The ingredients are undoubtedly high-quality, but they aren't truly enhanced: both the meat and fish are under-seasoned. As for starters, there's a lot of charcuterie, foie gras, and terrines... personally, not my favorite.
The wines aren't up to par, although we appreciated the chef allowing us to bring our own bottles. The desserts are acceptable, but I have my doubts about whether they're actually homemade.
