Loiseau des vignes sur Beaune

We had a great time. The cuisine was a delight, both in taste and appearance, the service was pleasant and the atmosphere very warm. What I didn't like was that when paying the bill, he asked us on the CB terminal to pay a tip, like in the USA. This remains at our discretion, but it is very annoying because we feel that the server is waiting for our response. Especially since the amounts offered are 10%, 20%, or 30%. In view of the addition, this is for many, enormous... I think that a house like yours has the means to pay its servers, without asking customers to add more at the end..let's move in the right direction..that's otherwise perfect...

Un cadre simple, in service correct et une cuisine originale mais la carte est assez réduite. Une bonne cuisine mais franchement rien d'extraordinaire. Des arrêtes dans la sole et un cheveu dans les pommes dauphine escargot. Un peu déçus..

Worth every penny. Not much on atmosphere but every dish was delicious, nothing was too heavy, and the service was out of this world. Our server was very open and shared his knowledge of the wines, which were A+. We had a lovely dinner. Definitely recommend checking out the dessert cart.

Located next to the wonderful Hôtel du Cep in Beaune which provides its pretty interior terrace, this restaurant offers a gastronomic menu under the aegis of the prestigious Bernard Loiseau house. The setting of the room is simple but the food is worth the detour. Wine lovers will be able to test different vintages before choosing one. What about the organic egg in meurette with its Burgundy wine sauce, a specialty of the chef? Magic! Sumptuous! The Burgundy-style beef cheek was perfectly cooked. The sauce had a velvety texture that didn’t leave a drop on the plate. The dessert cart offers a rather limited choice but it's very good as it is and we hesitate in front of these pastry wonders. No fault for all chocolate. Very nice wine list. The team in the room is very friendly and attentive.

Extensive wine list, with particular emphasis on glasses and carafes. It's impossible not to find a good pairing with the dishes on offer. Careful cuisine that plays on the thread of traditional flavors offered in a refined way. Prices are quite reasonable, but not excessive (especially considering the area and type of venue). When I return to the area I will definitely return.

Magnifique table gastronomique dans un écrin de verdure au cœur de Beaune! Des plats travaillés à partir de produits nobles avec un rendu visuel et gustatif délicieux. Le détail se cache jusque dans la tuile de miso soufflé sur l’entrée. Une carte des vins fantastique permettant de se faire plaisir à tous les prix et surtout en accord avec vos plats. Enfin un service pro avec un coup de cœur pour l’œnologue qui nous a fait découvrir un magnifique Bourgogne blanc s’alliant aussi bien avec une viande qu’un poisson. Bravo
