L'oliveraie sur Carcassonne

15/02/2026: We arrived late to make a reservation and were served promptly. The restaurant's decor and ambiance are very well done. A highlight is its unique restrooms. We wanted to try a good cassoulet and it didn't disappoint. It lived up to our expectations. The foie gras, duck, and dessert were all excellent. We'll definitely be back when we return.

14/02/2026: A delightful stopover at the foot of the Cité. While I've only sampled the drinks menu so far, the welcome is exceptionally elegant. The terrace offers a haven of absolute serenity that one never tires of. As a discerning epicurean, I commend the establishment's impeccable upkeep. Special praise goes to the Cameroonian-born woman who oversees the cleanliness: her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail are the unsung pillars of the excellence Mr. Putelat strives for. The meat display is a gastronomic promise that will bring me back very soon for dinner. A must-visit.
