Mac Guigan's sur Brest

Very friendly atmosphere. There's always room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at MC Guigan's; the owner and staff are very friendly. The food was excellent: Molène sausage with sautéed baby potatoes, a chocolate éclair with a generous dollop of homemade whipped cream—a truly delicious meal. I highly recommend this pub/restaurant!

Arriving late in Brest, I was looking for somewhere to eat, and at Coco's, which was closing, some kind souls recommended Mc Guigan's. That's the charm of Brest, a city that's not stuffy and where people help each other out. So I walked the 200 meters and discovered this working-class restaurant. I was welcomed with open arms by the bartender and the waitress. It was very good, spotless in every way, all with the background noise of the regulars chatting in the pub. An excellent moment of relaxation after a long day. I highly recommend it, I'll be going back with my family

We ate very well, the owner was very kind

Very welcoming, good food. Kudos for the chocolate fondant and the homemade "cruelle" (a type of brioche).

Delicious food and excellent service! You can tell everything is homemade.

Great Irish pub where my partner and I had dinner tonight while on holiday in Brest. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is excellent and generously portioned, and the owner, originally from Belfast, is a very pleasant person. We highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere for a good evening and Guinness

Delicious three-course lunch menu with various choices and at a great price. Includes water and coffee. Free parking opposite the restaurant.

Quick service, buffet menu (starter, main course, dessert) - excellent value for money, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere with Irish music playing in the background. Discovered during a business trip, highly recommended. I returned without hesitation on another trip; it's a very pleasant place to be. 😊👍
