Excellent bakery! The service is very pleasant, the team is welcoming and always smiling. The small dishes offered are delicious, prepared with care and quality ingredients. Everything is fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this place for a sweet treat or a quick meal. Well done to the whole team! I have been to a lot of bakeries in France. This is one of the best. Living in Val, I have been here 100 times. Everything is just better. More artfully done, better tasting, fresher.

The best dessert in Val-de-Sète... opens early and closes late... better than that garbage place with the star. Coffee in general in France is made from rusty coffee machines. You should use ready-made filters... and thank you.

First experience at Maison Chevallot with a little gourmet break at lunchtime. The service was friendly and pleasant, and the Beaufort cheese tart was delicious; you really get a sense of the quality and authentic taste.

Whether it's bread, pastries, cakes, or sandwiches, we really appreciate Maison Chevallot. Good products at rather reasonable prices for Val d'Isère. Personally, I also enjoy being able to sit down and savor a pastry with a good mulled wine: by far the best I've found in Val d'Isère and at the lowest price in the resort 👍😜.

This pastry shop is extremely popular, but there's always a wait. I admit it's good, but not up to my expectations for a French pastry shop. The pastries are good, the cakes are just okay; they're not bad, but they're not exceptional. The Mont Blanc is extremely sweet, way too much so... The blueberry tart has more hard biscuit than blueberries. The chocolate chip cookies are excellent, and the blueberry madeleines are too. The breads are also quite good. In short, it's definitely worth a visit, but not for the cakes, more for the bread and pastries. There's always a wait, so be patient.

Very nice place close to the SPAR. There is a place to sit inside and a bar where you get the coffee.
