We visited the brasserie. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We sat and ate in the vaulted cellar (presumably the former wine cellar). It was very quiet and secluded from the general hustle and bustle. Very romantic. The service was very friendly, and the concise menu was sufficient to find a suitable dish. The wine recommendation was a perfect match for the meal, and everything was delicious. The brasserie is highly recommended.

After spending the whole day visiting tourist attractions, having a great lunch, and walking around the city, it's the perfect place to end the day on a high note. Delicious tapas and excellent wines, all in just the right amount.

Excellent restaurant, very high-quality food, original dishes, generous portions, perfect service! Just one very minor drawback, but not unique to this otherwise excellent establishment: the slightly high price of the wines, unfortunately a common issue in the region. Highly recommended.

My favorite place when travelling to Beaune. La Maison du Colombier is a must stop for any Burgundy lover. The wine list is one of the best i've ever seen, with fair prices. The food is delicious, well made, with high quality ingredients. Antoine, the sommelier, is very knowledgeable, explaining with precision every wine and suggesting always the right one. The other staff is very kind and welcoming. Highly reccomended!

03/04/2026: Excellent food, especially if you love meat. Very good wine list. I really like this restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, especially near the fireplace where part of the meal is prepared.
31/03/2026: A lovely dinner at this small restaurant specializing in Charolais beef, with very welcoming, friendly, and smiling staff, dishes that will make your eyes water, meats and wines to die for, and desserts that finish the feast on a divinely sweet note. As a lover of wood-fired meat, I highly recommend this establishment.

23/05/2026: The most charming local spot to enjoy a glass of wine or Crémant! Our favourite was a chilled glass of the second rose on the menu. The owners and everyone who worked there were absolutely delightful and so welcoming. We were lucky to chance on it
