Maison Passos sur Paris

Graziosissima pasticceria in zona Bastiglia, che è anche forno. Qui dunque trovi un ampio assortimento sia di dolci che di snack salati: il posto giusto per una ghiotta sosta in qualsiasi ora della giornata. Puoi consumare sul posto appoggianditi sulle lunghe mensole all’interno del locale o usufruendo di uno dei tre tavoli con sedie sulla via, all’esterno del locale. Io lo scelgo per un dessert pomeridiano, prendo una fetta di torta ricoperta di cioccolato e un caffè americano per una spesa complessiva di 6,40 euro. Consigliato.

Maison Passos is no longer there. Thank you for the best pastel de nata, cannelés and croissants in Paris. I will miss you.

Update at the end of April 2024:....unfortunately the traditional bakery is history. this is now called Bo Bon and has had a facelift. With automatic coin return etc. Unfortunately it takes much longer, but it is more hygienic. I don't know whether there was a change in operator. At the same time, the offer was probably “revised”. A normal baguette (and that was the best around) is no longer available. The standard is now a “tradition”, the real tradition, as I said, is gone. Very, very unfortunate. They recently redid the front and the interior which looks very good. All their products are excellent. At the moment I go there almost every day before the start of my shift. The service is fast and the staff are warm and pleasant.

This is now Bon & Bo. It used to be quite busy in the morning and lunch times. And the bakes were always very fresh. The ladies used to start the store quite early in the morning around 6 and arrange fresh bakes on display

Toastie sandwiches are delicious. We also shared caramel cheesecake. We come everytime we visit Paris 😋
